PRINCIPLES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Article 13 of the European Parliament Regulation and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27/04/2016 on data protection and privacy for all individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data and on the free transfer of such data, as well as the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter "EU GDPR - European Union General Data Protection Regulation") (Official Journal of the European Union, L 119), we would like to inform that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is Teknamotor Sp. z o.o. (address: Poland, 27-400 Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, 2a Świętokrzyska Street).
2. Your personal data is processed on the basis of:
   • Art. 6 par. 1 lit. b - in order to take action before the conclusion of the contract and in order to conclude the contract and its implementation;
   • Art. 6 par. 1 lit. c - in order to fulfill our obligations, such as: conducting financial settlements;
   • Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f - in order to achieve the objectives arising from our legitimate interests, such as the possible need to repel or enforce civil law claims.
3. Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary for the specific processing of data. Certainly, the data will be stored for the duration of the contract between us, as well as for the duration of any claims related to it, and therefore for at least 10 years from the termination of the contract or until the obligation to process data resulting from legal provisions expires.
4. The recipients of your personal data may be entities authorized to receive personal data on the basis of relevant legal provisions. In addition, data may be transferred to entities that process personal data at the request of the Administrator, for example: IT service providers, entities that process data for debt recovery, logistics companies, courier companies, law firms, payment operators.
5. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data transfer, the right to raise objections.
6. In the event of unlawful processing of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Data Protection.
7. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide data to the extent required by the administrator will result in the inability to sign a contract and provide services.
8. The administrator will not make automated decisions, including decisions resulting from profiling.
